Most of my clients are struggling with difficult transitions and accompanying emotions. Depressive symptoms, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, overthinking, and having a difficult time deciding next steps are common concerns expressed by my clients

Modalities
I’m trained and utilize several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, and Internal Family Systems.

I like to meet with most clients weekly for the first few sessions, then decrease session frequency as clients begin to feel better. Typical session length is 50min
